New iOS + Android Apps

We just launched updated versions of our iOS and Android apps with a new look, and some additional functionality. Please reinstall your apps to get the new updates including:

- Submit a song request - choose from a specific set of tracks which will evolve and change over time to include upcoming and unreleased music and other themed options. Requested tracks are entered into a queue and depending on queue length, will normally play after 2-3 tracks.

- View the radio schedule/calendar, including upcoming takeovers, showcases and regular radio shows

- View the latest news and updates from within the app.

- Listen to the ASIP/9128.live Podcast, which will include all the mixes from ASIP as well as 9128 exclusives.

- Light and Dark modes (Default is Dark mode)

- Dynamic stream option (request a lower quality signal to save on mobile data)

- Push notifications! Never miss out on new and important updates (don’t worry we will use these very sparingly)

We hope you enjoy the new look and functionality. Please note that these updates are built on a template so not every imaginable option was available to us without extremely custom app development.

We endeavor to keep the new apps free but may look at putting a cost in place for new downloads soon to help with the monthly cost. If you would like to help contribute to this cost, please consider donating.
